Ahmet GÜLDAL - Board Chairman and General Manager

He was born in Kemaliye district of Erzincan province in 1964. He graduated from Erzincan Agricultural Vocational High School in 1981. Later he graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture at Ankara University in 1987. Following his debut at the Zonguldak Provincial Directorate subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 1989-1990 as an Agricultural Engineer he held the post of Project and Statistics Branch Director at the same provincial directorate in between 1990 and 2000. Then he served as the Manager of Malatya Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Manager of İzmir Provincial Directorate of Food Agriculture and Livestock and Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock in between 2000 and 2009 August 2009 and November 2017 and 24 April 2017 and 19 August 2018 respectively. Mr. Güldal was appointed as the Board Chairman and General Manager of Turkish Grain Board on 19.08.2018. He is married and father of three children.

Cihan SOYALP - Deputy General Manager

He was born in Ankara in 1973. After completing his primary secondary and upper secondary education in Ankara he graduated from Field Crops Department of Faculty of Agriculture at Ankara University at the top of his class in 1994. He worked as a temporary public servant at Turkish Statistical Institute in between 1995 and 1997. Following his compulsory military service he started to work for Turkish Grain Board (TMO) as an Expert in 1998. He held different posts at TMO in between 1998 and 2017 with the titles of Expert Specialist Denizli Branch Manager Shipping Branch Manager Domestic Trade Branch Manager Senior Specialist Security Branch Manager and Head of Trade Department. He was appointed as the Head of Grain Purchasing and Conservation Department and Acting Deputy General Manager as from 14/06/2017 and 14/09/2017 respectively and has held these posts since then. He is married and father of three children.

Ümit ORHAN - Deputy General Manager

He was born in Gevaş district of Van province in 1981. He graduated from the Public Administration Department of Faculty of Political Sciences at İstanbul University. He started to work as a parliamentarian consultant at Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) in 2008. He started to work as a civil servant at the Ministry of Finance in 2008. In 2009 his career as a parliamentarian consultant resumed temporarily and he held this post till 2012. He was appointed as a Ministerial Counsellor at the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock by the resolution no. 2012/40 published in the Official Gazette No. 28233 on 14/03/2012. Serving as the Acting Deputy General Manager of Turkish Grain Board in between 09/01/2018 and 16/05/2019 Ümit Orhan was principally appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Turkish Grain Board by the Presidential Decree No. 2019/128 published on the Official Gazette on the latter date. He is married and father of two children.

Muharrem AKYAKA - Deputy General Manager

Gökhan GÜRBÜZ - Head of Purchasing and Conservation Department

He was born in Bala district of Ankara province in 1983. Following completing his primary secondary and upper secondary education in Bala he graduated from Faculty of Agriculture of Ondokuz Mayıs University. He started to work for TMO as an Expert at Şereflikoçhisar Sub-Branch in 2006. He worked as an agricultural engineer at Purchasing and Conservation Department and Private Office Branch in 2011-2013 and 2013-2014 respectively. He assumed the posts of Acting Director of Corporate Identity Branch Director of Aksaray Branch and Director of Licensed Warehousing Branch in 2014-2016 2017 and in between 22 November 2017 and 5 February 2020 respectively. Deputizing the Department of Purchasing and Conservation in between 24 April 2019 and 5 February 2020 Mr. Gürbüz was appointed as the Head of the said department on the latter date. He is married and father of 2 children.

He was born in 1983 in Ankara. He completed his primary secondary and upper secondary education in Ankara. He graduated from the Field Crops Department of Faculty of Agriculture at Ondokuz Mayıs University. He started to work for Turkish Grain Board as an Expert at Karapınar Agency subordinated to Konya Branch Directorate in 2006. He worked as an Agricultural Engineer at the Department of Trade in between 2012 and 2016 and acted as the Head of Aksaray Branch and Grain Purchasing and Conservation Branch between from 20/12/2016 to 01/03/2017 and from 01/03/2017 to 09/10/2017 respectively. Fatih Kaya who was appointed as the Head of Private Bureau Section on 9/10/2017 and has held this office since then is married and father of two children.

Ramazan BALKAN - Acting Head of Financial Affairs Department

She was born in 1969 in Ağrı Patnos District. She started her primary education in Patnos and completed it in Konya Ereğli. She finished her secondary education in Ankara. Later she graduated from the Office Management Department of Faculty of Open-University and the Faculty of Management of Anadolu University. She started work at The Feed Industry in 1988 as a government official. She later passed on to the Turkish Grain Board in 1993 and worked as an official and a specialist in the Private Bureau Branch and was appointed as the principal clerk. In 2002 she was appointed as the Private Bureau Branch Manager and in 2003 she was appointed as the Press Publication and Public Relations Manager. She also worked as a Minister Councellor at the Ministry of Agriculture Principal Clerk. In 2005 she worked as a Chief Specialist at TMO General Directorate and in 2006 at the RPC Department. She is married and has one daughter.

Cengiz BAĞIN - Head of Inspection Board

He was born in Ankara in 1974. He completed his primary and secondary education in the provinces of Ankara and Konya respectively. He graduated from the Public Administration Department of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Selçuk University in 1997. He started to work as a Deputy Inspector at Turkish Grain Board (TMO) in 1998 and received the titles of Inspector and Chief Inspector in 2001 and 2008 respectively. Cengiz Bağın who was acting Head of Inspection Board in between 01/04/2016 and 20/10/2017 and principally appointed for the same position on 20/10/2017 is married and father of three children.
